MAKE AN OFFER

When submitting your offer for the strongest chance of acceptance we recommend putting your offer in writing with a copy of 10% deposit cheque. Also, you can use various transaction methods like cash, credit card, internet banking or third party. Note you have to sign a credit card authorization form if you are paying by card. Along with passport copies and Emirates ID of all parties who will be on the title deed.

COMPLETE YOUR PAYMENTS

Complete your down payment (cash, credit card, net banking, or third party) or you can issue post-dated cheques. Pay 4% Oqood fees in the form of manager's cheque made payable to the Dubai Land Department (DLD). Also, pay DLD administration fee (cash or credit card).

GENERATE SALES AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT (SPA)

Sign SPA once your payments have been credited to the escrow account. You will receive your fully signed SPA.

REGISTER YOUR DREAM HOME

Vincitore Real Estate will register your property with Dubai Land Department on your behalf. You will receive Oqood contract and receipt. Convert Oqood into title deed upon the handover of your dream home.
